From Gmods here: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2853808229&searchtext=Pizzaplex You have to download it into Garry's mod and then taking the files from the Steam folder and convert it for SFM by using Gmad Easy Addon Extractor since the site for convert Gmods stuff to SFM have been taken down by Steam. In this maps you have the main entrance, the Daycare and somes others rooms but it still in WIP so the maps can be updated with more room and fix. Some part into the Daycare can lags a bit (depend the computer you use) but the good news is you don't need to buy a specific game like Counter Strike or Half Life Episode 2 since everything is already packed in so I don't have any specific issue as you can see in the video ^^ Good luck with your own animation with this maps :)
