That is literally not what love is. Love isn't drama, and emitional turmoil and always fighting. He didn't know the full story so he misinterpreted what was really happening. But if you're in a relationship that is the way he saw thier relationship it isn't healthy.

He thought Izzie was causing drama to get a reaction out of Casey, as a way to control her or the relationship. That she was blowing things out of proportion because she needed to be the focus. And that Casey was bending over backwards and walking on egg shells to not set Izzie off. That is not what was happening. That is a bad, problematic and possibly abusive relationship. That's not what the girls have.
