I'm glad this chapter is really leaning into the tragedy of what happened here. We kinda get desensitized to the idea of dead kids with mascot horror nowadays, but this chapter really reminds you how horrific this subject matter is. It's heartbreaking and disgusting and really makes you want to keep playing to right those wrongs.

Completely agreed. Obviously no parent wants to hear their kids talk about dead kids in a horror game but they always do because nothing is ever shown. This has been the first to actually show how tragic these types of stories can be and I really commend them for that. Definitely one of the best mascot horror games I've ever seen

IDK how DogDay remained good-natured. I just gotta say, my bets we’re playing Richie. Character pops up every chapter, now had a reason why he wasn’t at the factory when shit hit the fan (probably took a vacation day after confirming he was getting the promotion or something like that) and he woke up to learn shit hit the fan. Guy also is good leaning and worked at the facility and moved through the layers needed to be known by the Bigger Creatures but also still be classified as “worker” while not being a scientist himself. But hey who knows what will be revealed? Its still only episode 2 of chapter 3 and another chapter to come. (SHB is my first playthtough look at the story please no spoilers until he’s finished uploading cause i wanna enjoy it thank you)

Theo, a little boy, was turned into CatNap and had to live that way for four years before the Hour of Joy, and who knows how long it’s been since then. I think an aspect of this franchise (and similar franchises like FNaF) that tend to go under-appreciated is the tragedy that informs the setting. Normal people, men, women, and especially children, with ordinary lives, are the victims of everything going bad that ever happened at Playtime Co.: either being turned into living toys, or being killed by the toys. A handful of them, the masterminds behind the living toy program particularly, probably deserved to suffer and die, but certainly not everyone, and killing their tormentors didn’t make the living toys happy. They still suffer and now just hurt each other. I can’t really see a happy ending for anyone at the end of this story.

The exhaustion carried out by his voice turned into despair upon sensing the arrival of the little critters, the agony of having you body violated and chewed on, gut wrenching and the worst of all is that we can still hear him gurgling while his body is used as a sock puppet to chase after us. Yup its called uncanny valley we developed it because the Neanderthals looked like us but would kill us and were way stronger than us just not intelligent and died out that's why when seeing something that looks human but isn't we get an eerie feeling which is why miss delight is pretty terrifying to us compared to the others

This game is even darker then we all imagined. This chapter his been the wildest so far and I can only assume it will get much much darker from here. I'm one for dark horror but this do be catching me off guard man... I think Dogday's speech was the scariest.. I felt so bad and sick when I watched him die. That was really really mess up.

Mrs Delight is horrifying just the fact she looks human and a portion of her face is missing showing the flesh makes her scarier. Catnap’s voice is really creepy. The big Dog day really went through it like that was horrific seeing what the little version of the smiling critters did to him.
