I don’t think Wally is lazy. I think Tom just knows the secret danger of the pipes, while Wally doesn’t, so he’s putting life or death pressure and extra jobs on a guy that doesn’t know the secrets of the studio just wanting to do the job he signed up for. In general, if person is made to do more than there job then they should be paid for it. Which Wally definitely wasn’t. No Wally definitely was working hard. Not only did he start his own company, but everyone was forced to work around the clock at the studio. To the point where people in general brought in their own furniture while practically living at the studio trying to make up their hours. Wally was no different. Wally was the only one cleaning the studio. And we’ve seen how big it is. Plus ink must have constantly been spilling with how the ink machine worked (cheap pipes). Thaaat’s a lot of backtracking. My dad has a saying: Work smarter not harder. I think Wally thinks similarly. (Ch.4) Why go down 10 floors each morning just to unlock a door? That’s lots of time wasted that could be used to do his actual job. So he came up with an idea that would not only solve a recurring issue, but one that would actually be listened too by whom seem to be actual lazy or stuck up people.

Mike, I too have read Dreams Come to Life and I would like to refute your Buddy equals Good Boris theory. At the the end of the book, after he Buddy “dies” when he is with Joey Drew he sees his shadow and describes “Two tall curved points seemed to be growing out of either side of my skull. They were soft to the touch.” This to me seems like he transformed into Ink Bendy rather than a Boris clone because of Ink Bendy’s Curved points made out of Ink which do not seem like solid matter.

Here are afew of my theories: Wally Franks is in the form of a perfect bendy Why? Because, it has been proven that buddy Boris is Daniel Lewek. So, I was thinking, from some of the bendy and the dark revival merchandise, there was that Bendy with the outfit and the cutout shield, I think: since Wally Franks hasn't taken any form of anything in bendy and the Ink Machine besides a few audio logs so far, maybe he might appear in bendy and the dark revival in that form. Also the fact that he was referred to as "upbeat" or "prankster" relates to the bendy cartoon himself. And Henry is still a human. Why?? Because, in chapter 5, Allison questions what Henry is since she is not entirely human in her Alice angel form. People have been saying he is a form of bendy himself, but how can this be if he can walk through the ink yet Allison and tom can't? Remember, Allison said "A drop of water in the ocean is rarely seen again". If Henry took the form of bendy, this rule would apply to him as well as Allison angel and tom Boris. These are just some of my theories.

I wouldn't put it past me that with them knowing what the machine can do,both Tom and Allison felt extremely guilty about being part of something that ruined many lives and killed innocent people. If they knew that Joey kept the prototype of the ink machine in his apartment I would think that they reason they visited him was to destroy it,but as we know Joey got the upper hand. I mean from what we know of them they seem to be decent people that went off a dark path for a while until they got back to their senses again. Speaking of Allison are you going to do an archive video on her next? Cause I'd like to see how she further plays into the series's lore as a whole especially with her looking to get a big role in the next game Dark Revival.

I have a slight theory that the more you knew about the ink machine, the better the ink body you got. Like the more you were aware of the inks affects, the more you were immune - though obviously not completely immune, just more immune than the other employees and lost ones. I think this because all the main game characters with better ink-bodies seemed to be directly linked to the machine. Tom and Alison had almost - complete, very well made ink bodies and were very aware of the machines construction. Susie however, had a lesser well-made body but still resembles alice though: she explained how she had been through the machine multiple times and was originally a searcher 'slug thing' and has dissected other ink creatures so probably gained more knowledge of the ink machine through time. She was also one of the first, giving her more time to gain more knowledge on the way the ink works. Sammy was one of the last to be put through the machine so probably had witnessed more on the happenings in the office with the more the other employees were disappearing and the ink flowing around the office getting worse, making him better shaped than the lost ones but still not a character in the bendy cartoons as he didn't know as much as others. This theory also makes more sense than the theory of the ink machine results getting better over time and with more experiments go on as if the susie alice was one of the first people to be introduced to the machine, there would be no reason her body was so good compared to the others if we talk about the theory of ''more experiments = better resuts''. With this theory I would also assume that wally is perfect boris and the reason he ties into the plot so much is because he knows a lot more of the machine than we might think. This theory might also come into bendy and the dark arrival as audrey having powers and being human looking in some areas and not human looking in others could correspond to the fact that she actually knows a lot about the machine than we think? Maybe she is Henry's daughter and knows a lot of the machine whilst investigating her fathers death and listening to joey's stories like the ch. 5 ending perhaps? Some other points to add would be how norman, a seemingly unimportant character had such good ink body compared to other random employees - because as he states in the audio tapes, he sneaks up upon others in the dark and evesdrops, perhaps he heard too much of the ink machine by listening into joey and became more aware. With this theory, it would also give more detail in how the ink works, as it says the ink has the power to take over ones mind in the book to the point of sammy consuming ink and has a sort of life like ability to move around the office, perhaps the more you are aware of the ink in your mind, the better you can fight back against it, though not completely. Sort of as if the ink attacks mentally. This is just a small theory though but if anyone ends up reading this i would like to know your thoughts! EDIT: my theory also explains why in BATDR audio tapes the mysterious person goes ''How interesting.. such knowledge'' when talking about Audrey?
