I know people are desperate to buy cheaper apartments in Nairobi. But I've been to tsavo apartments. Its as small as a box. Not worth the money. Better invest in a plot and build. U'll get more value for money in that. But this tiny tiny Japanese style living is not worth it in a country where plots aren't that expensive yet. There's still land, there's still space in Kenya

Thank you for this comment . Are they built or designed by Japanese !? The japanese partments are small and squeezed and the walls are very thin that the next door neighbor on top , down and sides can hear you open a plastic shopping bag 😢 Kilimami too is chinese poor style of toilets n bathrooms with some newly built houses leaking walls 😢Kenyan built good but are too expensive 😮where shall we ⁉️
