Years ago as a youth fishing north east beach, a foggy misty night, decided to pack up go home 10:30 pm walked a mile from car decided to cut over fields shortcut back. Noticed black square object vertical shafts light with flickering lights emitting from it and a clanging sound, what I thought was a barn presumed it was a farmer welding working in a barn . Few minutes later sitting on tackle box behind hedgerow a beam light emmited from top of object 2 tall skinny figures floated down with black eyes , panicked ran back down to beach to car. Next day friend came over just left in his car, when he got pulled over down road unmarked car, friend got in the car came back, "That was strange he was asking questions about me, where I was last night" friend hadn't a clue I'd been fishing never told him, never mentioned encounter again, creeped me out undercover busy asking questions.

Im 66. I grew up around Pendle in a small farmhouse not far from the hill. I have always had horses, as a kid we used to ride around the hill but we always, genuinely always had problems with the horses playing up. Terrified at times. Its always strangely dismal. Alot of the time, darkly atmospheric but so beautiful. I love it so much up there but my horses and ponies, various differant ones over the years all hated it , would never go on some tracks. All my friends ponies were the same. Its a grim but stunning atmosphere. We grew up with tales of the Black Dog/ Barguest/Black Shuck whatever you want to call him. Also of Boggarts. My dad was a Policeman, we had a smallholding..every night my sensible dad who was a Detective Sergant put milk out for the Boggart!..to ensure no bad luck befell us, make sure the milk didnt sour or the animals fall ill. 😂😂

Literally puts the chills up me… I’m a professional photographer and have had some very strange encounters like this… (you are brave as hell) Those visits from 2 well dressed men always seem to turn up with out of this world experiences… When I was a child I saw my first UAP UFO on Dawlish coastline 1978… my mother and I guess about 20 to 30 other people saw it too… I remembered a dark brown (non descript) car being there slowly driving by. 2 men inside.

I remember camping there, and it was absolutely pouring down, and I looked out the tent ,to see the rain, exited as a 10year old kid, and there was shadow, in the distance, doing,,looked like a dance ,the sky was Dark grey,and it absolutely pissed down, later Thunder, ,but I told my gran about this, 20 or so years later, whe I was in my 30s, and she said, it was the Devils Daughter, 😊, I personally find it, Interesting, I been bk,a few times camping, without GHOST, implementation, or things, to connect with ghosts, and believe me, I've heard,chants,whispers,seen shadows, 🔥 🔥 tire exited, the spirits, anyway, sorry if I've bored you,😊staysafe, staywarm, and be careful, and thanks ❤👍, love 2 u and your fam, 👍,

Me and my Dad drove up to the hill one night it must have been about 1996, and we too saw a light in the sky moving in lines then changing trajectory in 90° angles, which freaked us both out, so we got back in the car and were about to drive off when a black van pulled up beside us and the door slid open, there were 2 men in the back, they just seemed like normal guys, 1 if them asked my Dad for a light, but then when I looked behind, all the walls of the van were full of flashing lights, as if it was like a surveillance van. I didn't think anything much about it 'til my Dad set off driving home and the van spun round and started following us down the hill, so my Dad sped up but the van matched our speed, we sped down the hill, through The Forest of Bowland but they were behind us all the way, I think we lost them in Whalley somewhere I think, scared the hell out of me as a kid.

Ive been watching these for the last two years, i believe they are millitary jets around 60,000 feet high, but im not sure who's millitary! Somethimes lone but ive seen upto five together, slow moving with only one white light they blend in very well with the stars, over a city you wont even notice them because of the light pollution! Saw a triangle formation in the video around 15,34. I saw some interesting lights myself, in June of this year (Wirral, nr Chester). It was the night before the summer solstice, which I wonder is relevant. Maybe it was a drone or lasers, I don't know. It was directly towards the northern part of the sky and went in and out of visibility over a period of a couple of minutes and finally made a shape like a hockey stick - it was a bright light that described a hockey stick shape - a descending line with a little rise at the end, and then it was gone. I saw other odd things over the summer, after that - maybe nothing, maybe something - one was ghostly, another was very much like an object with flashing lights (probably drone, but completely silent).

The day we visited and walked to top and back down on Pendle Hill, we were overtaken by two fell runners on the way up, by the time we were nearing the top, the first runner had been to the top and was running on his way back down. Then the second runner had overtaken us but said he wouldn't catch his mate that way and just went over the edge. He ran all the way down, but we were taking it easy. Saw a black (farm) cat that looked to be very large for a domesticated cat, but as it crossed over in front of us and over a dry stone wall and gone, with its longer than normal tail, with a flurry, it was gone, but the sheep didn't react. About 50 yards away, we could see it was larger than normal, but not as large as a panther for example. That was in 2008. Found a couple of good pubs in the village. Great walking country.

My very serious, over 50 y/o cousin lives in rural Yorkshire and had a similar sounding animal walking on her farmhouse garden wall. She identified it as a Puma. She saw it a second time crossing a field, stopped her car and another driver also stopped to confirm what they were both seeing. I'm not a sensationist so I assume it's a released pet??

Thank you for sharing this story. That place seems to be very strange. Noises in the house, might be from the spirit - previous owner. Some people still wonder around after they died. Those men, you saw, could be protecting that place, very strange, their outfit and all that. We don't know much about this planet. There are other beings live amongst us, we just can't see them. As well as extraterrestrials visit Earth all the time. Many of them have underground bases. Few years ago I went to Lake District for holiday and visited Castlerigg Stone Circle in Keswick. There was no people and I stood in the middle of that circle for a few minutes and after that I had vivid dreams for 3 or 4 nights straight, which never happened to me before. I am sure that place is magical! Also, last winter I was watching Loch Ness on real time camera on KZbin and there was shadow running across the field, right through the fence. It seemed like tall dog. Something is definitely going on there

My nan recently passed away and she was born there and told me the saying years ago and I forget now. I presume it was pretty old as she was 98. and a witch lol, at my sisters wedding in Scotland it was chucking it down and my cousin turned to my nan and said "you're supposed to be a witch nan make it stop raining" She waved her hand to the sky and when my sister came out of the church the sun shone super bright lol everyone just looked at her ;-)

The red stuff is usually sheep that have been tupped by a ram, the ram has a special harness with a marker attached underneath his chest and marks the ewe in the process of tupping. It could also be antibacterial spray if they have injury..... Just so farmer knows where to keep an eye on.

I had a similar experience up there, we were walking with friends and I suddenly got the sharpest pain in my stomach. I was sweating and vomiting, as soon as we got off the hill I felt better. The same thing happened when we staying in a large old house that was being converted to apartments, my husband used to leave for work at 6am and I was alone in the house. Soon after he left I would hear the sound of heavy footsteps crossing the hallway and clomping up the stairs, then a door would slam. I went all over that house and there was no other person in there. Soon after, I began to get the griping pains and the sweating and vomiting. We had to move out it was making me ill. A couple of months later, we were helping a couple of friends move into that same house. I could not even go through the door, I was bent double shaking and vomiting again. We never even walked down that street again. I must be sensitive to certain bad vibes. I have never experienced anything like that since. 🕊

I live on the other side of hill in Sabden, I have seen quite a few UFO's looking up at night, satellites are also easy to spot and differentiate, Pendle is on a ley line , I have even seen some awesome sights and It appears to be a hot spot. Wildlife is breathtaking, the weather can be amazing and brutal in equal measure. But I love it.

Did you see the Aurora last night Mick? It was spectacular. @14.23 that's a very slow object, what is that?? The MIB description pretty much fits the M.O. with the staring and following you in a shady car. It's said a lot that some of them are not what most normies think they are going off tv and films, they're an extension of the ufo phenomenon itself and are not human. You must have nerves of steel stopping up there in a zone with such a reputation. You ought to try Winter Hill, Mick McClaren would be interested in maybe teaming up eith you. Its an intense area. We used to go up Pendle Hill on Halloween when we were kids, scaring each other that the witches were about, we loved it. I don't believe in ghosts or anything like that but watched 'most haunted' on pendle hill and they were scared poopless with spirits of the old witches following them, think half the time that the crew were throwing rocks but it is still worth the watch.

That path up from the Nick of Pendle onto the moors overlooking the reservoir at Sabden is one of my favourites in the area. I usually start at Sabden, follow it up and the round to the east and over the moors where it drops you down a pretty steep path across the river next to Ogden reservoir. Follow that path down to Barley then up Pendle steep route, down the east face and across to Black moss reservoir. Follow the path to stang top road, then to roughlea. Then back to barley, up the steep path to Newchurch-in-pendle, along wellhead road to Sabden fold and back to Sabden via the bridlepath there. It’s a beautiful 14-15 mile trek.

I appreciate that in the spur of the moment you’re likely not thinking quite as straight as usual, but if I may suggest, should anything like this occur again, use one of the cameras to capture footage of the car & its inhabitants. As you get clear cottage of them, make your way back into your own vehicle and exit the location. If they follow, make a call to the police emergency number stating your location and that you are being followed. Live stream the entire thing on a spare phone to Facebook or such and ensure settings are on which automatically save what is being live-streamed.

Flashing lights of two aeroplanes about 16.8 The white lights look like stars. The moving light 17.47 to 18.14-8 with a slight red halo looks like a UFO it gets smaller as it travels means it is moving in a direction away, a steady course and not erratic flight

I had the same experience on the isle of wight last year, watching some much movement in the nights sky. Watching things power up, slow down, zig zag. From then on I see this all the time now. No way is it aircraft or satellites the movements are too sporadic. Once you look into the night sky, and adjust, after about 5 minutes you will see lots of movement

Interesting video! If you use stellarium or starwalk satellite tracker, they will show a live view of satellites passing over your position. That way you can identify an anomaly with certainty. I saw something earlier this past summer and stellarium said the area was clear..

When looking at the night sky, it is always good to have the uk flight tracker app open. It makes it easier to distinguish aircraft from ufo / uaps. The noise you heard in the barn sounded a lot like a baby barn owl. Lastly, pendle hill attracts a lot of paranormal investigators and amateur witches. Those guys in the car may of just been undercover cops keeping an eye out for trouble makers / criminals.

Ey up , I had a similar experience in Derbyshire late at night , whilst going solo camping at an old quarry , ! saw two tall smartly dressed chaps they were defo professionals , i arrived in my car as they were just getting out of theirs , I greeted them and they replied "dont worry, you wont see us again" and quickly disappeared up a very steep muddy trail that i struggled to come down never mind go up ! Stayed there over night and indeed , never saw them . Looking for someone or something is all i could think , but what ....
