I love that SuperM gave me a different perspective of my faves. For example, Kai is one of the youngest in EXO, but in SuperM he's one of the oldest. As a long time fan, it was refreshing to see him dote on the younger members. Because of his charisma fans of other group just usually assume that he's cold or arrogant, through superm other groups fans discovered how caring, cute and funny he is. Even NCT members like mark was hesitant to approach him at first, but he said Kai approached him first and now he's very clingy to Kai😂. Baekhyun and Kai too, I think because of superm they got more close. This is also a dream come true for Taemin and Kai to debut together, they're best of friends since trainee days.

This was the debut, title song. Love how u guys notice Kai is center. Some facts. Taemin is center for SHINee. Kai is center for EXO. Taeyong is center for NCT127. Lucas was the center for WayV but now is Ten. SuperM is full of centers. This was release in 2019 and they actually went on tour. First stops were in the US. I was lucky enough to go and see them live. But then Covid hit. Their Japan shows got canceled. At the moment SHINee and EXO were beginning to enlisted so SM had less boy groups promoting. That could’ve been one reason they started SuperM.

I don't think SuperM concert is possible because Taemin's contract with SMent is expired today (March 31st). Baekhyun's individual contract is ended too, his contract with SMent only for group activity of EXO. His individual activity is now under his own company called INB100

SM created a female version of SuperM as well called GOT the Beat, but if I'm being honest, GOT the Beat is even more iconic because they have SM aces from ALL generations of K-pop. 1st gen: BoA ( known as the Queen of K-pop, single-handedly responsible for taking K-pop to foreign markets) 2nd gen: Taeyeon and Hyoyeon from Girls' Generation ( known as the Textbook of Girl Groups and OG Nation's Girl Group) 3rd gen: Wendy and Seulgi from Red Velvet (best 3rd gen female vocalist and one of the best female 3rd gen dancers) 4th gen: Karina and Winter from Aespa (you know how good they are. Fun fact: Winter wasn't even born when BoA debuted) React to their song 'Step Back.' The lyrics were a little controversial, but it's an insane song that does a fantastic job of showcasing their talent.
