In all honesty, I don't think Zack Snyder's interpretation of Superman is true to who Superman is as a character, but I do think that Henry Cavill isn't bad as Superman.

Even if he becomes the superman we all know? Things take time, results don’t come immediately. Mcu Spider-Man took a whole trilogy to become Spider-Man, same thing here. Take an iconic character and put him in a world of realism and develop him in that world. That’s what Snyder did.
