They have to try and find ways to make a good superman story, and it figures it would be the guy who likes the puny Hulk which they try their best to over inflate his already over inflated powers. Don't get me wrong, I love both the Hulk and Superman and have collected and read both comics for over 40 years now since I was old enough to buy them with my own money. Comics were 10 and 12 cents back then I have kept up with both characters and know that Superman would beat the Hulk in a fight. If puny Iron Man can do it in Iron Man #132 back in 1980, Hulk doesn't even come close.

Exactly, Superman's speed alone is too much for Hulk. Arguably Hulk wouldn't even land a single hit. Superman has traveled at 800 trillion miles per hour that's over one million times the speed of light. Plus Hulk when pressed hard he will just turn into the human that he is and can be killed with a baseball bat lol.
