Thank you man. Just something about being able to appreciate all the little parts that together make the classic. Now if only Nintendo would appreciate it and the franchise more >:(

Sure thing, and I AGREE 100%! F-Zero along with Super Mario World, SFC, etc. are turning 30 in less than a month, and I got a feeling Nintendo will do nothing... 😞

amazing how different a song can sound when you remove instruments. it doesnt just sound like a 'empty' or 'incomplete' version of the full song, it actually sounds like something else.

The early stages with few instruments playing have a really special and mysterious vibe to me. I loved the Port Town song since I was a kid

I'm such a huge fan of this video! Seeing how this amazing song comes together is so awesome! The baseline especially at 0:31 -0:44 is just so good! It's thanks to F-Zero 99 that has rekindled my love for this franchise ever since I got started with GX when I was a kid! Never knew how good the most for the OG SNES version was tho! I'd love to see more of this kind of stuff, especially for Big Blue! Getting to play with the sound channels myself would be such a sweet treat for videos!

legendary song and there's something so great about the extended-ness of this - featuring all the little harmonic pieces. This reminds me of extended jazz numbers, how they would have the "head" and then followed by 15 separate solos, and back to the head.

this could be useful for someone who wants to learn how to play a song by ear but it's hard to hear exactly what the melody of a channel sounds like because it gets drowned out by the whole song

Its the progression. E major7 to E flat minor7. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3qUhquGe76ofJI Music is art and art is created to portray a particular environment to our senses. It takes years of study or sheer fluke to effectively create profound environments that carve out lasting impressions on the psyche of those that experience it.
