Did you know that you can customize the walls and the floors? You can make it look very nice. Maybe even make some sections different colors like your beer section. Make your store with blue walls and your beer section white or red maybe yellow idk... you can experiment with it.

You don't have to throw away the shelves/fridges you don't want, you can sell them at a lower price you bought them for, that way you get a little money back

They can put the expensive stuff at eye level all they want. My eyes wonder until I see Walmart's brand "Great Value." I was already to get back into this game after watching this video. Hiring people is great to do everything except change prices. Lot of hunting around for having to change a few prices when having to. INCREDIBLE job on the organization. How are you gonna end the video without telling us how much you made the 1st day on your re-grand opening. Great video as always

I’m glad you said that the online shopping doesn’t make sense psychologically. I hate how the employees treat me inside Walmart. I don’t ever use online pick-up. So as a consumer I’m MORE likely to impulse buy than the people sitting in their car who ordered online. But they act like we shouldn’t be in there anymore!

So I know this series is taking a pause but when you come back to it, you need to update the flooring and walls. You can repaint different walls and also customize the flooring. That way you can have an actual beer cave that looks different than the rest of the store!
