There's a video of it popping around here. It's possible some did, however there were $25 penalties applied if you hit any cameramen, players, or other members of the production staff.

@@wschmrdr It was a $25 penalty if you dropped something on the floor. If you hit somebody it was $100. I suspect somebody had to endure a broken leg before that rule was implemented. OTOH, if the cameraman is pissing you off, $100 seems like a small price to pay for some shopping cart justice.
