Remember that feeling unwell and having to relive, think about and confront the things that trouble you is part of the process of moving on. Don't think that you're not getting anywhere just because you're not suddenly feeling better every single day. Things will get better if you keep at it, even if you feel like you're back on square one some days. And don't be afraid to ask for help and support, there's always someone out there who will hear you out. Sorry if none of this helps much.
