Well honestly the whole reason they’ve made it this far is Bc ever since the incident of 2/3/17 they do most of their work in the grumps office and so arin Dan and Ross help control Ryan when he goes berserk I mean most new people probably don’t understand every time Ryan gets upset and they have a short jump cut in the episode its Bc Matt had to call in the grumps to hold Ryan down while he calmed down....
