TBH the Meals on Wheels food was pretty decent, if sort of basic. A lot of meats and poultry in gravy entrees, mashed potato or rice, maybe a roll or some other bread with butter, some kind of very well-cooked vegetables like carrots and peas, and some kind of dessert like apple crisp. It reminded me of school lunch from the early 80s.

the thing with assisted suicide is the way it would be abused against people with disabilities, it would be kinda hard to consent to such a thing so more than likely someone would have to consent for said person, that could easily be abused against disabled people

I took a philosophy course in college, and one of the topics we spent time on was assisted suicide in cases of people with terminal, painful illnesses and stuff. It was fascinating, and pretty much everyone agreed it should be more accessible to people who are suffering like that. I can’t even imagine having to live life in any of those kind of conditions. 😢

That DMT death scenario is interesting... I wonder if since DMT is released upon death, that after having smoked it you'd have already left your body and you'd just stay out of it if you were shot. It would definitely be terrifying but you'd probably just remain in that state, since DMT is meant to ease you into death and it feels like a part of you does die when you ingest it. Just food for thought!
