Take the cat's head. It spawns 3-5 blue flies a room (flies do double your tear damage) and if you collect all 3 of the cat items (dead cat, guppy's head, guppy's paw, guppy's tail) you turn into guppy, which spawns tons of flies.

Hey Ryan and Matt! This isn't criticism for once :'D. There's an option to enable, "Extra HUD" Which shows you your stats and recent items so when you pick them up, you can see what they do for stats. I'm not sure how big the backlog is but seeing them up would be cool
