Outstanding! Just installed a set of Miester’s cheapest coilovers on a friends car, honestly out the box not bad. Had a set of there more expensive ones on another car and really didn’t care for them at all, too much motion at anything but mid level adjustment. Love my Xida Race setup for my fun car but would like to convert my other street cruiser to these.

I autocross my 1999 Miata and in the market for suspension. I don't have the budget for Xida's (one day) but these fall within the range I wanted to spend. My question is, would these be better suited than say, DIY Bilsteins, clubsports, GWR Feals 441, etc for autocross? I'm afraid they might be too soft even though they might be a 10x better product than their counterparts. I'm on 245 RT660 tires. Regardless, love what you guys do.

What is the purpose of the offset of the lower bolt hole that connects to the rear control arms? I noticed that they are slightly offset and not right in the middle like other coilovers and if I remember correctly even my xidas

Allows longer spring stack to clear half shafts, which increases ride height adjustment range. Also increases nitrogen volume which increases stroke while maintaining low hysteresis (shock nerd stuff).

Do these coilovers dissipate heat better or worse than stock shocks?

Significantly better although that is an odd question. Bigger diameter bodies=more surface are. Synthetic vs conventional oil. Threaded body has double the effective surface area of a plain body.

@@949RacingSuperMiata Considering I road trip 700/400 Xida set at 6 clicks from soft all around, I can't imagine how nice these will ride. Only thing we have in our fleet that rides better than the Xidas out on the highway is a 1987 Mercedes 300SDL.
