Sometimes the interview begins the moment you park. I've worked for companies that send someone out to look at the candidate's car. Messy and unkempt in an office position might transfer to their daily self. Poorly parked or parked across two lines indicates self absorption. Also parked in name reserved places. Super flashy and expensive new in a candidate looking for a 40k job is a minor red flag. 40 years old with bondo for a sales position is also a red flag. Who goes to a job interview with an attitude like that. I’m surprised he didn’t just stop the interview. And she probably thought she was going to get the job because he daddy owns the business. Then why didn’t he help you or give you the job

The candidate’s responses were nonspecific. Her posture does not demonstrate leadership. She thinks and feel that she has the qualifications for the position but has no proofs to support it.

The first one she was an entitled Feminist with a narcissistic attitude. The second one was a nice lady, but came over as a bit phoney and middle aged desperation at getting a new job. The receptionist was cute! 😮

The 2nd one complementing his eyes was both cloying and sexist. Can you imagine if the roles were reversed? He wouldn't even get in to see the boss!
