The problem with these ‘Undercover CEO’ videos is that the CEO treats the offender like a one-time rogue employee, and takes no accountability themselves for nurturing such a hostile work environment in the first place, or letting it go unnoticed for such a long time (e.g. with super tight demands/deadlines, lack of support etc. which leads the managers to be mean to their colleagues). Not excusing the managers’ behaviour at all, but there may be more like him in the company if it’s such a work environment….
