this why i'm a bit sceptical about tape ins it can ruin your natural hair .as for me i would constantly be tempted to straight my hair with heat .

It’s true no lie to that, that’s why I texture released my hair but I’m even finding it a task sometimes straightening it obv also not good for your hair

You're right ! I did the tape ins experience and I lost my hair like never ! I had to use shea butter during 2 years to have my hair back

Agreed! There is no healthy way to use tape-ins and I find that you're slowly integrating more bad rather than focusing on your follicles and the true health of your hair because you are slowly taking out ur edges and eventually that spray wont be enough and wigs will be your only solution.

I found the K-tip extension to be the least damaging, but it also depends on the hairstylist. My friend is a brilliant hairstylist who has been doing all types of hair textures and extensions for 20-plus years. Now that my hair is healthier and longer, I keep it natural with organic keratin treatment every six months.

I would love to try that but will probably also need a Keratin treatment. I’ve heard that’s so good!

Girl, I bought the same coat from River Island in a size 10 but I am drowning in it. I'm 5'5 (which I thought you were too!) and a size 10 but with broad shoulders and big boobs. Should I get the coat tailored, did I buy the wrong size or am I just styling it incorrectly? Pls help!

Aww that doesn’t sound good, I like my coats usually oversized which is why I went for the 10, I’m usually an 8 tho which isn’t much of a difference but such a shame you are having a different experience. Perhaps play around with different styling, see what works. You can also adjust the straps at the back to sinch in more if you wanted to
