I don't think he can be much of a threat at this point, sure he has a billion years worth of knowledge which he'll most likely forget since a mortal mind can't contain all that. Maybe he'll end up in an asylum because of that, being forced in a straightjacket while screaming that he's the almighty. Then flashforward a few decades later when OG Death shows up and what he said about reaping God all those seasons ago finally comes to pass. I'd love to see that as an epilogue.

Just struck me 1. When Mettatron was making stories that came true, he did so using God power via Angel tablet. All those seasons back theyd introduced this idea within the SPN family. 2. When Cass and Kelly were in his truck Cass says " This child will burn this world down" Kelly countered " Or raise it to its feet". Cant believe tonight is it. Feeling a sense of loss already. Hugs!

What would worry me about leaving Chuck alive is that even without his power, he still has his intelligence and memories. Presumably that would include complete knowledge and understanding of all the sciences and all magic, and the weaknesses and secrets of everyone on earth. He'd end up owning the world.

No think of the god power as supplying that knowledge once gone the knowledge is gone as well. The being that contained the knowledge was finite the the Power itself is infinite. That passed on to Jack! Chuck even said he did not know what was going to happen. I bet in awhile he won't even remember having been God at all.

My prediction for the end was that in the final scene we'd see the boys throw a gun into Baby's boot and say "we've got work to do". We pretty much got that here, so I've got no idea what to expect in, ...God it's 3 1/2 day now. I want to see it and know how it ends, but I don't want it to end. Can we just stop time the moment Supernatural ends? I could live suspended in that moment of joy in discovering how it ends, before the realization that there will never be anything more.

There is one huge inconsistency in this episode is that how Chuck was defeated. I mean come on does it seem consistent for Chuck not to be aware about their plans of using Michael to lure him by a fake spell just so that Jack can absorb all his power which he was doing quit sometime. Like seriously he was not aware about any of this like at all ? Sam, dean and jack were literally the only people left in the entire multiverse how come did Chuck missed them planning against him like seriously ? And on top of that that whole plan didn't even came from Chuck's death book since the winchesters couldn't read it, which means there was literally no reason for him not to be aware of the plan. The way they defeated Chuck by tricking him didn't make sense at all. No matter how we look at it it's simply bad writing, they should have waited to film after the lockdown this final battle seemed rushed.

Come on two episodes ago he was explicitly shown to be aware of jack and billie plan to kill him, the writers really rushed this period, it's the only explanation.

@@lazywonderer4669 Hmm, I dunno. I think the arrogance factor makes sense. Chuck took his victory for granted. He didn't even bother to check on them. Jack was powerless, and Sam and Dean are just humans in the end. Like Chuck himself said, Michael gave him a heads up, because he was probably enjoying his "success" already without checking on them just to make sure of that.

@@ayushiki2306 Chuck literally said that he will watch them suffer now that everyone is gone, the only thing that was keeping him from rebooting the universe was Sam and Dean. There was no way that he couldn't have known what they were planing, like not even a little bit ? They made Chuck completely oblivious to everything like for some reason he completely lost every shred of omniscience. We all love supernatural but God's defeat was the most underwhelming big villain defeat we had in this show. It took them more effort and strategy to put lucifer in the cage or to kill death than when they defeated Chuck.

@PentaholicSPN FAMILYPotter Head still the fact the he was completely oblivious to everything like literally everything that was going on, including the fact that Jack was absorbing his divine power doesn't add up. When jack took Chuck's power he said that he can feel himself to be everywhere, so how come Chuck with all his omniscience couldn't keep track even if it was for a little bit of only three people like it doesn't make sense. No matter how you justify it it's obviously rushed to make him lose and move on with the ending.

Since the final episode of Supernatural will be a epilogue to the entire series. I feel like the perfect final episode to this series would be the investigation of a ghost haunting Stanford University and its turned out to be the ghost of Jessica Moore aka Sam’s reason for returning to hunting.

I think Chuck's death might be something to dread. He has no soul, so he won't go to Hell or Purgatory. What happens when the Empty absorbs him? Maybe it learns how to unravel Creation. Of course, it is too late for speculation, so it will remain headcanon.

That's a very good point. I bet, if the show continued for more seasons, the Empty would be the new great Big Bad, someone to top all the others that came before. It has already been stated that, despite not being as powerful as Chuck and Amara, the Empty is so much vast and dangerous, especially when sleep deprived. If Chuck died and was absorbed by it, it would perhaps be able to use the former's knowledge to get access to Creation and destroy it all, so that there was nothing else and it could finally sleep for all eternity.

@@feloriene No, it had long since turned out that Empty was wrong about that (personally I think Empty is an idiot anyway). I'm hoping Cass will return in the finale, but if not, I think Jack simply cannot bring him back because that was the deal between Cass and Empty, that it would leave Jack alone and would keep Cass for good. Would want a scene of Dean asking and Jack explaining that, though :/ Could be things were happening so fast and they've been through so much over the last few days that he forgot?

Bucklemming wrote it aka the worst duo on spn. Most fans hate them. My personal issues with show are mainly Bucklemming's writing and after I heard its these two behind 19th ep I set my expectations low (there was still disappointment but not as much)

After this season finale i realized now Chuck should have been done with after season 11 when he left with Amara. There was no reason to make him the main villain to end the series. They should have went with "The Empty" has their final big bad. Chuck this season was very out of character and stupid at times and by no means would have behaved how he did. It was a very stupid idea plus it takes away that big episode emotionally in season 11episode 20 i believe when Sam and Dean first meet God and realize it was Chuck all along. Regardless how this next episode ends, because of the stakes, because of knowing it was their last season this is the worst season of the series for me. Way worse then season 12!!!!

So god can bring people back from the empty like chuck brought back lilith in 15x05 and lucifer in this episode and cas in all the times he brought him back across the show, but god!jack doesn't bring cas back? And dean asks chuck to bring cas back but not jack? Sounds fake and out of character for both jack and dean but okay I guess 😏, great reaction 👏.

The last bit was the one that kinda ruined the ep for me. Why wouldn't Jack bring Cas back? Writers mistake, I suppose, can't really blame 'em. They had to get it out ASAP while in COVID. but still..... God's death was satisfying, no "this is the thing that'll save the world" or "this curse/spell can stop God" or shite. Just Jack doing Jack. No spells. In Chuck's own words: "Its Kinda Glorious isn't It?"
