Don't know whether you are asking the part that Sam has a map on his hands or the one after, but they're both from the same episode: from season 1s episode 2: Wendigo. Both in the first 10 minutes from the beginning of the episode :)

You mean the clip somewhere around 1:00? It was from season 1s finale: Devil's Trap. Sam was beaten by a demon named Tom (one of Azazel's children) after they rescued John from the builting he was kept as a prisoner. Dean killed the demon with Colt.

Sam died in the end of season 2 but came back to life in season finale 'cause Dean made a deal with crossroad-demon :P this is just a crackvid.

This could also be symbolic of Sam's grief when Dean dies and goes to hell for those four months. I actually had an idea for a fanfiction that involved a love interest for Dean and basically she was grieving over him etc and it was called my immortal. I instead "sold" it on wattpad and it's still on the market rn.
