For the story about the pocong at the red bridge, the senior was suppose to collect the prop pocong after a night walk event. The issue was that there was suppose to be only 1 "pocong " there but when the senior went over to collect the prop pocong the real actual pocong showed up. The red bridge is infamous in Singapore Poly as it is said that a girl committed suicide there but the blood of the girl couldn't be washed off. So they decided to paint the bridge red thus the name red bridge.

disclaimer: im not a good story teller but i'll try to tell it as best i can. :) there's this one that I've heard about in Camp during National Service. There's a reason why commanders ask us to lights off and go to sleep without doing anything else. sometimes we are too tired and just fall asleep like a log. but there are some that dont. so here's how the story goes. its about the Granny and his Grandson. so at night, when we are all presumably asleep. Granny and Grandson(lets just call him ahboy) will roam the bunks to see who is awake and "catch them". so ahboy will be kicking his ball along the corridors and Granny will just follow him around. ah boy kicks the ball into a bunk, runs in to retrieve the ball but didnt exit the bunk immediately because he saw that a fellow soldier was not asleep and saw him. ahboy paused and then ran back out to his Granny pointing to the soldier saying "nenek(Granny), this one notchet sleep". Granny looks towards the soldier with a grin. -the end-

The 'Japanese soldier marching' is a story as old as time. One way to know if it is legit is looking at your school history. My school was is over 100 years old and was used a an administration base during the war. I heard such stories from my aunty who school was built after the war...so I guess it a story to scare students.
