This is, hands down my favorite episode of the series,, and was before I saw the guys talk about it at conventions.. now it's even more. All shots from the car.. Epic I've tried to count camera positions in Baby and every time, I get caught up in the story and loose count. Jensen got to do that reverse 180 near the end.. with a nervous guest star - no post production tricks there. I always love a new monster. - and that Dean loves to name them.. were-pire.. ghoul-pire. Washing the car in the garage...Piper.. Bob Seger, Welcome to the Winchester motel..Dean getting dragged over the seat for a fight.. even the valet joy ride... best episode ever. I don't know how many times I've watched this one.. Jensen told the story at JIBcon about how he reads the scripts aloud when he first gets them. He also does different voices for other characters.. the conversation when Dean is out of the car and it's just Cas talking - Jensen reading it in a different voice is priceless.. and it cannot be unheard. He still had the script on his phone.

Fun fact for ya : That 360 turn was done by Jensen himself which he learned within the lunch break & took only 2-3 takes to shoot & the actress’s reaction was real because she didn’t know Jensen gonna to the stunt himself instead of stuntman & she was scared because it was his first time doing that car stunt . & as you can see he nails it 🔥

I remember when I saw this episode for the first time and I just sat there amazed at the cinematography and direction. It seems a little over the top to say it about a show like Supernatural, because it never really took itself **too** seriously, but it really is a masterpiece in film-making.
