I am trying so hard to lose weght dieting exercise, praying. Everything I can think of to lose weight and improve my health. I am discouraged and even getting depressed about it where I havnt even worried about it for a long time. I think I shouldn't have even started this dieting thing. I do not understand why theres no results. Why God is not helping me. And we have had almost no rain for 4 months we had no snow all winter.
