just finished the book, I have an idea I wanna run by you guys? what do you think about that nova didn't actually want to run away? it say that phanotom could sense biggest fears, right? and her biggest fear was ace winning. in the church, she had one final attempt to stop ace getting into a fight. she didn't love the renegades, but she knew ace would kill them. so she had to settle by getting them out. I think her plan was "get out, deal with the fallout, and try to fix it later" as for ace, did you think that he reminded you a bit of Ultron in this book?

I agree 10000% about not getting to know other peripheral characters. That was my main frustration with the trilogy as a whole--especoally in the first book when I didn't care about Nova's character at all and people like Ace and the Puppeteer were way more interesting to me. But after finishing the final book, I grew to like Nova and even Cafe a bit about her and Adrian's relationship. But I do still wish there was more bacjstory on the other characters.

Hahahaha I feel your pain. I have so many books on my shelf, and sometimes while in the store, I'm like, "do I have this book?" And yes, I do. And it's still unread. Hopefully you'll read it soon! So good!! ♥️

@@throneofglass3918 are you talking about the epilogue? It is not Nova's view so that's why.
