I have dejvu about 8 times a day, and have had them since I was abiut, 10 yrs old I'm now 39 they've increased, sleeping isn't very good for me I get about if luck to get an hour each night this week has averaged about 20mins a night, each time I think of someone in particular I'll see them or hear from them with in minutes,, I will give this music a try too see what happens, I for some reason have an ability to read someone, body speach eyes, I can even read someone over the phone just by the sounds tones in voice, been told I'm a reader. @@uu-kq6mn Idk haha like I said ive done it accidentally a few times. I made a spoon spin around in a circle while it was laying on the curvy side. By using a hand gesture. I tried to do ir again right after it moved but I couldnt do it. And i made a box of tissues fly off a shelf at a Doctors appointment. My doctor and a medical student were in the room with me and actually witnessed it. I made a joke about it and they just brushed it off as if it was nothing. But i never forgot it. Im still trying to figure out how to tap into it myself. But as far as the healing ive healed my own stomach aches, headaches and toothaches by meditating and focusing my energy on to the specific spot of the pain. Im a skeptic so it was hard for me to believe at first until it worked several times then I became convinced. I you can tap in to yourself and the power of your mind and chakras you might be able to do it as well. It takes practice and belief in yourself.

Dylan, be careful doing things in the spirit world while you are vulnerable or hurting because it could open you up to attacks from lower/obnoxious entities. I feel and know "events" i just can't pinpoint the exact locations. I FEEL everything though and i get glimpses and visuals of certain objects. Hard to explain. Please try this. So while listening to this, I sat there and did ticht nacht Han’s method of breathing practice. And that only. Slowly breathing in saying in your mind “breath in, I am aware I am breathing in” for the entirety of the in breath. And “breath out, I am aware I am breathing out” for the entire length of the out breath. After maybe 10ish minutes it was like I was doing it without “thinking about it” but I was still consciously doing it? I would start to randomly goin and out of feeling like, I just disappeared for a moment and would come back, be covered in chills and go back to the activity. Don't know why. .i kind of EXPERIENCED just after i listen to this for few mins Without doing anything. Just LISTENed for like 10 mins n close it then. .i feel sleepy. .so felt in sleep. .but. .still i know i'm sleeping but just can't wake up yet. .what? ! I know It's weird so i try to control my mind to stay Calm n get myself together.. ( there where happened) i felt light vibration from my body n normal vibrations in my face. .then i can wake up .i'm a bit afraid. .to hv those while i want some telekenesis powers( moving things with mind) but i don't wanna be like. . what happened right now ( in case it happened to me from time to time when i was young like having the exact dreams of tomorrow at the night before. .i kind of knew clearly what's gonna happen next. .MOST OF EVENTS HAPPENED THE SAME AS BEFORE... ( that was when i was like 17 -18 yrs old) ... found it strange.. did not know why. .i try to explain but most don't believe.. but only when i tell my fri besides me that..( i told him like '' LOOK! NOT SO WHILE THOSE TWO WILL START TO ARGRUE N FIGHT! N THEN. . THAT TUTOR ( SHOWED MY FRI WHO ) WILL COME N CONTROL THE SITUATION.. HE WAS LIKE 😳😳 N THEN ASKED ME HOW? How did u know ( i said. .idk. for sure)... then. . MONTHS later when i asks him but he kind of remember but confused.. not long after he just forgot it like Never HAPPENED .of course, who would believe that kind of stuff (EVEN MYSELF COULD NOT ) but tonight this video just triggered it again.. idk if i should say thanks or blame myself for listening to this without believing in it. .at. the end of the day. .i don't want to hv that skills anymore.. it's like out of the reality n Really tiring. . 😔
