This is just me trying to practice talking after writing a simple outline.
When I work out, I have a lot of thoughts that come to mind. In the video, I wanted to talk about how I lost my strength due to not working out as much after a fall during a mountain bike ride. I wanted to discuss how I am starting over and training for the Bay Area Bars Calisthenic: "Calisthenics Games" fitness competition on October 6th, 2024 (sorry, I mentioned October 4th in my video). I talked about using supersets as a way to push myself harder. The main point I wanted to make was that supersets can be a motivator to just do the workout without overthinking and without lagging it. Applying the superset concept to my life, that's also why I just turned the camera on and started talking. Also, applying it to my plans for the online business, I need to get started with Etsy.
I didn't say it very clearly in the video.
Eventually, my plan is to redo all the topics I talked about in a better and clearer manner once I get more comfortable, calm my nerves, and write down my thoughts in an organized manner. I understand content starts from writing, and since I am not doing that, my thoughts are not as clear as they could be. I was listening to Dan Koe's videos and considering his two-hour writer course.
First, I need to schedule my week better.
