It was a 3 man job, and it was difficult. We had one guy sneak the plushies onto the ride via a coat, one guy filming, and one guy (me) holding the characters. The one who films had to use their phone because it's small and easy to pull out of a pocket. The guy sneaking on the characters had to pass the plush carefully while we were on the rides, and you film the rest. You have to be very sneaky though because they don't allow phones, cameras, especially plushes on the rides. They will tell you to stop if they catch you.
