@@scottcol23 yeah but you still pay for tags on a car. And robs plates start with a 7 so his business is set up in flathead county which is my county. When he pays the county treasurer he’s providing income to my county treasurers office. Hopefully they use that money wisely but there’s been tons of new road construction lately and infrastructure projects especially with people moving here. No sales tax but it’s a tax nonetheless. Maybe Mr. Rob is generous and pays the state park fee that’s another $6.18 then there’s another $10.30 for Montana highway patrol, license plate production fee is another $10, vehicle is newer than 4 years that’s 217$ to register and if it was more than 150k new then there’s another $285 fee there’s lots of things to it but the state and county is getting their fair share. Also while this car is paying for tags in mt it doesn’t drive on our roads that’s a win in my book. Pay for the infrastructure and don’t use it just like all the other people with MT plates on their cars
