I love this choice. I was glad they didn't repeat. Every season should have a different runway song, just helps make each season stand out. I liked Mighty Love but it was a little too slow for me. Love it! I love that Ru is using some of his older music again, it just makes it show feel like the old times (the good times of Drag Race). Those complaining that it’s too old for the newer seasons don’t understand that Ru’s music is timeless... Chile, anyway... When my friend and I found out superstar was being used as the runway theme, we started jumping with joy. We love it haha

I was really expecting for them to re-use Mighty Love as the runway theme (considering they have used Sissy That Walk for two consecutive seasons) but then after some thought, Superstar fits the theme of the season very well. They have this patriotism and encourages audiences to vote since it's election season. The American flag has a lot of stars in it hence why this song fits the runway haha.
