It's one of the check list they proposed in 2021 👉 twitter.com/December_Linn/status/1748238695042630111?s=19 We can switch our R cards levels from one theme to another with level transfer but currently it's not available in the game. They only proposed about it in 2021. For example, if I wanna change my R99 baekhyun un village to another theme, currently theme exchanger is only option & the new theme is always random with theme exchangers, no guarantee to get the exact theme that I want. With level transfer feature, I can transfer my R99 from un village to Bambi LE straightly.
