Hi How do you get frequent souvenir shops? I've followed the method in the previous video but it still doesn't work 😢

It's all RNG. Shoot water & use shoot waterbomb at 50% chance of event success rate. I managed to collect thousands of water bomb points. So more chance to get festival guides. But got empty tanks a lot too. Not benefit much for rps collect 😬
