I am running this and have added some Roms. It’s a good build, Kio worked hard. I have the Mayflash bar and Wii gun working. This and the Mr Burns image are what I am running in my two bar tops.

It takes a while to boot up first time because it is running some setup macros in the background including expanding the image to use the whole sd card. As for the videos, you need to turn on hardware accelerated videos (or something like that) in the options. I have been using this image for months and love it.

As for the intro videos, you can change it to be just one of the videos, or turn it off completely.

I'm torn on what image to get bc I have a rpi3B+, but a Gen 3 Arcade1up cabinet (so it's 4:3). On top of that, I'm definitely looking for something as plug-and-play as possible. Wondering if I made a mistake buying the 3B+ instead of the 4, or if I'm just bad at finding the right image.

I still really like my image and I'm using a 3b plus my image is the 1000 subs video one it has some control issues on some setups just read comments people have figured out many of the minor issues. But I still use it on my street fighter cab.

Hi, I installed the image file and managed to setup the Bluetooth controller, configured the input of controller in emulstation but when I click any game, example pacman , can't even play it or exit the game itself. Anyone experienced this? Your help is appreciated

How do you add roms? I placed a rom in the arcade folder and it didn't populate after reboot, am I doing somthing wrong for this image?

how can I make the games fill the whole screen. I tried disabling the bezels, but they are not bezels at all. Just black rectangles at the sides. How do you correct those? I saw your other videos and you only remove bezels, but that does not work with his image. Please explain how to correct it since in this video you mention it can be done. Where is the other video where you explain???

I have this image too but theres some games that are not working, controls are not config right... And for the light gun games ypu need a wii mote and sensor to play it which he show on his video.

I figured as much with the light gun games you can set them up in retroarch to have a crosshair on screen. I mean thats only 65 i think out of 2500. But yah i ran into a few also. When creating my image i checked every rom and still somehow had a few that didnt work once making the image but worked on the original copy so my only guess is its software corrupting them.

Is there a way to edit script to run a game from the backed up view? Like when ur at home screen with list of emulators. If u changed the images to game specific marquees. Then they run the games instead of listing folder of games. Or a way to change once u pick the emulator it still stays in the same view. Don’t really care about description detail or video snaps. That view is nice as is

Yo man ! great content! on the topic of intros, i was searching the net for a idea that i have but got no response: Im starting to work on a image "console war themed" like sega vs nintendo and stuff and i was wondering if i could put a random intro every time you boot the machine.Mostly i want to put those old nintendo/sega ads and some other related content. also every time you choose a game a short video would play of someone blowing the cartridge or some wacky shit like that.I saw a dynamic duo image in ylur channel that has a custom load screen splash and that got me thinking.Id be happy if you could help me on the "intro randomizer thing" and the "rom loading video" thing. rival boss you got me to get a arcade 1 up and i modded it. i did most of it but now im having issues with the buttons configuration when i fix player one and than go to player 2 once i finish setting it up player one configuration messes up. any guess what that could me?

Are you sure the wiring is correct aka player 1 and 2. If yes then maybe delete controller config files and set it up could be some lingering code

does this come with roms? bc I run retropie rn and I had to get all my roms seperatley.....I might try this bc bluetooth controller support inst working on my installation of retropie for some reason. I love the pie bc I can plug it into my livingroom and its more fun than modern console IMO (im 25) and it consumes WAAAYYY less power than my gaming PC or laptop

As a 64gb image it should fit on most 64gb cards just dont buy a cheap one from china or no name. They most times have smaller free space after formating. I just use good old save sandisk

The reason that there are only 2500 games is because the image is arcade only most likely

I hear yah but arcade roms are not really big files. (The videos for the games are most times much bigger than the roms themselves.) It does have attract mode which I didn't put in the video really because it wasn't all that impressive. IMO the emulationstation was much nicer. Honestly a very nice image, and an upgrade for sure from the 32GB all arcade images. LOL I guess I just want it all!

Yah i noticed that, it was a ok attract mode if I remember correctly. It did use some of the normal images going around but had a few custom ones, not as many as some. I felt the emulation station was very clean.

Yes, so a "image" goes in a Raspberry pi on a Micro SD card. It has retroarch on it most times which runs games. The Games are built into the image. You don't have to add them unless you want to add more. You can connect the Pi to a tv or a arcade 1up machine (when you mod it) It's basically like a CD or DVD has a image on it with programs and games if your talking about computers.

I did, I can't remember which ones worked 100% but more worked then not if I remember correctly badlands is just a very hard rom to find working.
