How to Scan to SMB on Kyocera M3550| PC

Can you help me i dont have router but i only had a mobile tethering wifi which allows me to get internet connection and they are not the same on network because my kyocera machine doesn't have wifi please help

Is not scanning via SMB 1.0 considered a security risk?

Yeah. Plus after 15 days of non use, Windows will automatically turn off SMB 1. This is for security purposes, but will also generate a new service call by the customer because they can no longer scan. $$$. Could just update the firmware and use SMB v2/v3.

I followed all of your steps and once I hit test, it says Connection Error?

Make sure you have a local account and not a Microsoft account or account with pin.
