I think because they where overshadowed by Great bands ,Led Z. Stones, Black S, Pink F, etc etc. Good band wrong time to compete in the 70s. But I agree they could throw it down. This song is an all time classic..😅

Damn, this is music. Real music. Took it for granted when i was teenager. There was so much very good music those days. Now i know, i grew up in a time full of freedom, love and creativity. A time like that will never be again. My grandchild will not know the freedom my genaration is losing. Humanity, creativity, free will and freedom are over.

All five times that I've seen them were awesome 1975-1981 I'm a very lucky man. They were touring all through the Midwest OH, MI, WI, MN and IL I believe I have a bloody right to say they got better each concert. I skipped school to see them and came out of my shell. Maybe that was my crime of the century

I saw supertramp in 1975 at Kleinhans music hall Buffalo NY. You couldn't smoke in the hall so I whipped up some Acapulco gold brownies and we had a fine time. The 70s were the renaissance of rock m roll. There was so much talent out there. Great memories.

I did much the same with my niece, had it on cassette tape while (ironically) picking her up from school. She was having fits at school and hated having to go there. She was about 12 at the timed and played it endlessly . Now she's 30, doing well in college, is about to have a kid of her own and has one of my Supertramp vinyl albums framed and mounted on her living room wall

I had never heard ST before, well after that night of trying to hold on to the couch I was sitting on, I never looked back, ST is in my top five and always will be....wow :) this was 1974 I think?? It was about the third time I'd smoked pot,the first time I got REALLY STONED. My buddy's older brother had a nice pickup with a kick ass stereo. I swear to God, I could SEE the notes in graphic colors. Will ALWAYS love these two songs. And for God's sake don't EVER listen to them individually. They belong TOGETHER.
