Supplement 1: A quick Git and Github Tutorial

In this video, meant for students in my Hacking the Humanities course, I provide a brief introduction to Git and the GitHub platform.
I show how to set up Git, initialize a repository, add files, commit them, create/use branches, and merge branches. I also show how you can use Git in conjunction with GitHub.
