Kathleen. Is there mention of when to begin AVOIDING any of these things? like, one day, two weeks, etc prior to the surgery?

This should be completely covered by the clients plastic surgeon when surgery is scheduled. At least two weeks.

Question on another note. Can hot stones be used after 2 -3 weeks after lipo surgery to reduce fibrosis (hardening of tissue.)

I looked up Anti-platelet effect and all I’m finding is that it prevents blood clots from forming. So is this list of things not to use before surgery? I would have thought helping to avoid blood clots as a good thing. Unless I’m misunderstanding the video?

If you never stop bleeding after surgery you will die

@@KathleenHelenLisson no offense just didn’t understand. Obviously if one doesn’t stop bleeding one can die.

@@KathleenHelenLisson this is what I’m referring to, which confuses me… “Antiplatelets are medicines that stop cells in the blood (platelets) from sticking together and forming a clot. A blood clot can lead to a heart attack or stroke. Aspirin is the most common antiplatelet. At a low dose, aspirin reduces inflammation in the arteries.”
