She called me the Narc for moving on and joining a dating site on facebook and dating soneone new 3 weeks after big row/disgard ..She knew what i was doing despite blocking me on everything...She said my new GF was a my new , ' supply' despite telling me to move on etc....Pure projection even gaslighting themselves.

Yep, thats exactly the poor state of their mind. A new girl approached me purely naturally at an outside event and I was reminded a few weeks later by the only form of contact that either of us hadnt thought of blocking. Quote.. " IT TOOK YOU JUST 11 WEEKS TO MOVE ON FROM ME !" 🫣 Now, I cannot forget the date we met ! 😂....We are Still together 14 months on. 😎🙏

That's what really confuses me about some of these people, they're just so shallow, superficial, and they never seem to realize it. This sense of self thing doesn't make sense to me either, most people don't even know themselves, or what it's really means to be human, it's just a feeling of being lost in life, emptiness? Unfulfilled?

Indeed, we can only truly change ourselves with deep self-reflection and introspection, while not using others as a means of supply. We certainly all have this capacity and power. But most narcissists don’t know this, as they lack the self-awareness that wasn’t properly developed at a time in their life. They can change, but it’s extremely difficult, tackling the defenses and belief systems they have made.

Well, yeah, they read the room, feel the energy it's that kind of intuitivness because it was that intuitivness that make you feel so connected to them in the beginning because they knew when you were upset and then found out later on someone had upset you so as a woman we would think he reads me, he understands me but what it is is the Narcissistic survival tatic and using this ability they have they use it to control you - and if they can it gives them a sense of power if you are to be controlled and anger specifically is distructive so if someone's go to response is anger all they'd have to do is know how to trigger you and to other people you look crazy.

The triangulation is unreal, its all a game to them. I swear she was living different lives depending on who she was with. Nothing made sense, i remember asking her who i was to her, becasue she acted differently torwards me when different people were there. And each of these people she had nothing nice to say about them behind their back.
