Support Feature Based Operations on Points and Arcs in MLP in NX CAM

In NX CAM, Hole making operations based on sketched points and arcs can now be used in NX Machine Line Planner, providing extended programming capabilities in complex parts where features cannot be used to pick operation geometry.
