Support from the Veterans Foundation - G's story

Vikrant 'G' Gurung, a former Rifleman in the 1st Green Jackets/2 Rifles, was (in his own words) in a 'dark place' after he was medically discharged from the military, dealing with not only the amputation of his right leg but also depressions, alcoholism and more recently his diagnosis or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder from his tours of Iraq and Afghanistan.
This is G's story and his recovery through golf via the On Course Foundation programme.
His involvement has come round full circle and he now works part-time for the Foundation, supporting current and new beneficiaries with their successful recovery and transition to civilian life.
