Actually, this have me a really good idea. Zenyata gets a second ult, that's the complete opposite from his current one. Like Sym's, you can decide which one to pick. It would either constantly drain health from the enemy team, or give them the orb of discord effects, except ramped up by about...250% sounds good.

The Zenyatta and Reaper ult works surprisingly well, actually. Just have Zen get a quick Discord Orb in on either the nearest tank or the Mccree if there is one and Reaper will pave the way for Zen to push the team out of the womb of the chokehold, out of the vagina of the first point and onto victory!

It's a shame really, Mei's abilities when used correctly can actually benefit the team quite a bit. For example, she could put up an ice wall to block enemy fire and give your team a chance to heal up for a few seconds, provide cover, or trap the enemy team in a closed in space for someone to use their ult and kill the all. But it's the lack of communication that makes everything fail.
