Well planned and executed, as usual. Awesome lessons to be had.

Their maintenance must be pretty on point that looked pretty corrosion free for a salt water heat exchanger.

Absolutely. And you don't have to worry about port issues with American products, either.

I knew what you were doing when measuring the tap depth with the tap bottomed out but I'm not sure some of the viewers knew the importance of that measurement. I guess I like as much info as possible. That's just me. All the best to ya'.

I have put in hundreds of Heli-coils, before I retired, and all were dry with an ac powered hand drill and everyone of them were done dry. I slather cutting fluid on everything, but I never saw the need for cutting fluid (WD-40) in 5/8" thick aluminum with 3/8" through holes. Ron W4BIN

That is a lot of stick-out, or cantilever…. Does that, or can it, flex your mill table? Or knock the gib adjustment off?

It was way less than the need to counter balance by hanging weight off the opposite side.

I'm curious to find out as to how many "snowflakes" you have offended and have un-followed you due to your banner in the background? Me? I'm not offended at all, rather I admire your "cogones" in the area that you are in. God bless and stay safe!

I supported Keith when he was going through problems with transferring to the new shop. I will admit his political views leave me scratching my head, but I often choose to stay in groups that I am not in agreement with most of the followers. He is an excellent craftsman who I can admire and disagree with.

I'm guessing, by looking at my analysts over the last year, around 2,000 If you visit other shops up and down the area here, you will see more of the same flags and stickers hanging proudly, but everyone comments on my photo collection. I also get more positive comments from walk-in customers than no comments. You can't argue facts and results!
