Her portrayal... no channeling of Margaret Thatcher was one of the most amazing performances I've seen on TV in a really long time. I was floored and speechless by her transformation. I don't remember a show where I had to rewind numerous times just to watch one person's performance because it was so mind blowing. That's all people talked about when the season dropped. LOVE Gillian so much. She was also amazing in Hannibal.

Now in 2021 she won again the Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG for her version of Margaret Thatcher in ''The Crown''. Totally deserved. She's one of the best actresses of her generation and a class act!
