Supporting Cooper through his leukaemia treatment

Cooper was just a toddler when he was diagnosed with leukaemia.
Doctors told his mum his treatment would take three and a half years, and his and their lives changed overnight.
He was supported in and out of hospital by an amazing BBC Children in Need funded project called Team Jak.
