Supporting Maroondah’s natural environment

Paul Macdonald, Deputy Mayor of Maroondah and Councillor for the Tarralla Ward, thanks community members for taking part in Council’s National Tree Day event with First Friends of Dandenong Creek and Friends of Tarralla Creek. Over 4,000 trees, shrubs and grasses were planted at Eastfield Park to help enhance the biodiversity of the area and create new habitat for wildlife.
