Supporting people to find work through Work and Health Programme Pioneer

Since the launch of Work and Health Programme Pioneer in September last year, we’ve been supporting people across Wales, London and Southern England - helping them to address the unique challenges they may face when looking to return to the labour market. ​

In Wrexham, single father Mark was struggling with his mental health after being unemployed for 12 months.​ With tailored support, he soon found a new role that gave him much-needed financial freedom and fitted around his caring responsibilities for his son.​
