Interesting. For the first strike (4:00) you've assigned the F-16s with HARMS as Escorts in the Strike Mission. I've only ever considered air-to-air assets for an Escort role. Must investigate further.

As you can see, it works pretty well. I set them to use weapons in self defence at max range for best effect. If they're jammers like Growlers I set them to not RTB after firing so they maintain their jamming.
