That was an amazing game. I thought Suppy was screwed, but man, that massive Ultralisk push into the main, shutting down Heart's production for entire minutes, despite his enormous bankroll, really gave him the chance he needed to regain his composure and enter the second half of the game. Some incredible work microing and transfusing his few surviving ultralisks and a couple excellent fungals and that's all it took. I don't know if I've ever seen a more efficient zerg player; he managed to force Heart into spending over 8000 minerals with 1 mining base. That is unbelievable.

Amazing commentary. I love this guy. Some of these games are on while I'm at work, so I was just listening to the games during the last 2 hours of my day... and it's literally given me a new appreciation for SC2. With Axlav its almost more exciting than watching. Thank you!

Actually, the ravens were probably one of the better investments he made. The fact that they act as detectors should have saved a lot of scans against creep spread so he could drop more mules and focus the few SCVs he had to mine gas. The Yamato cannon and FC also would put a huge dent in his gas, meaning he would have only had 3-4 BCs vs 7-8 Ravens. The fact that they have such a devestating AOE attack, where as Yamato cannon is single target, has the potential to provide even more utility.

That would be true %99 of the time, however the ravens bearly hit AoE (Suppy outmicroed so well) and the missiles only killed single units (which Yamato could do as well). My point is, Suppy's low-eco prevented him from building middle-tier units, (also lost the spire btw) meaning he produced tier 1 melee until the end zerglings and queens, BC's would hardcounter the single ultralisk and also the queens, and since no neural-p was there, there was no way the BC's would die. it's a tech counter.

Interesting game. I feel the ravens were way excessive since they just stood around for most of the battles and tended to just get 1 infestor per hunter-seeker.

Tanks are too immobile. Now that mutas have regen and hydras have speed using tanks becomes much more difficult. Plus once they get up to hive the vipers cloud neuters all of your tanks effectively taking a huge chunk of your army out of the battle.

Very poor late-game decisions by Heart. If you are banking 6-7k minerals, you shall not remain with 10rax if you are not gonna tech switch. The poorest decision was the ravens. Should have already switched to BC's with Yamato to deal with investors. Since Suppy was in no shape of making heavy gas units at the time, switching to sky would win the game. Very poor decision by Heart. Congratz Suppy, a great comeback.
