As someone who not only has adaptive dampers but has also first replaced springs and then upgraded to coilovers it’s way more worth it just going with coilovers first. I got H&R sport springs for my 435 and unfortunately it sped up the wear on my stock shocks. Within a year I had to replace my stock shocks and lowering springs with coilovers. I went with a set of KW V1s and they’re 100% worth it. KW sells the coilover kits with the EDC delete kit which means you don’t need any programming in order to run the coilovers and everything has been working great! Granted my car has around 150k miles on it as of now so it may take longer for your stock shocks to wear out but it definitely decreases the life of the stock suspension. It does look really good though!
